Great location. My room’s only window was on to the internal area. TV did not work, air con remote dodgy. Big bed, small sheet.

Beautiful hotel, with an amazing view and easy access to the beach. It also has 2 beautiful pools.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the end of our 3-night stay by arranging our early morning taxi to the airport. The room was clean and large with a table and two chairs, and a king-sized bed. The hotel is right on the main square (el zocalo) so we could go out and hear live music and see dances. Unfortunately, as with many old buildings, there was an awful smell of the sewer emanating from the bathroom. It seemed to be strongest in the morning. But, short of knocking the beautiful hotel down and rebuilding, there is probably very little that be done to improve the smell.
